rather than a merely intellectual "theodicy",
or even an "anthropodicy"...
a "cacology" (knowledge/study of evil) and better a "cacosophy" (wisdom of...)
a "pathosophy" (wisdom of suffering)
even a "demonosophy"
are needed.
(if only to play more seriously with as ideas)
